We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Because our freeze-dried candies are consumable food products, we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All wholesale and fundraising partnerships are subject to approval by Willow & Fern Co. We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale or fundraising accounts at any time for any reason, including violations of our pricing policies or brand guidelines.
Unless expressly authorized through an approved wholesale account, you may not purchase our products for resale.
